- Courses with less than 25% completion are eligible for partial refunds
- Premium subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with prorated refunds
Important Notice
Refunds are not available for courses that have been substantially completed (more than 50% of content accessed) or certificates that have already been issued. This policy helps us maintain the quality and value of our educational programs.
